Time spent in various heart rate zones

In Garmin connect I can still not access the time spend in the various Heart rate zones. There is a button to click on, but nothing happens. Is there a way to solve this? This request is running for several years already, and every serious sporter want access to this type of data.

So besides upgrading to one of the watches on the list - what do most the Garmin users do to analyze heart rate zone data.

An earlier post suggested using runalyze.com and I am sure there must be other suggestions for alternative software. Garmin Training centre (if you can find a copy) gives a very simple "Time in Zones" analysis in text form (no graphics)

wow, almost 3 years later and garmin connect still doesn't provide the ability to break out the amount of time you spent in each zone (facepalm). i agree with the OP, every serious endurance athlete will want this info (a lot more than they will want cheezy gimmicks like sleep quality guessing, etc...).

i have a forerunner35 and what i do is click on the activity, and then use the settings "sprocket" in the upper right corner to export file to a .TCX file. (Super annoying that you can't export it to a CSV file...) Then, I use GoldenCheetah (free online software) to open this TCX file, and then in the "Actvity" menu Export it to a .CSV file. Third step is to open this data in excel and manipulate it.

Awful lot of horsing around for something that should be provided on Garmin Connect...

Between this cheeziness and having two forerunner35's that don't work correctly in the first few weeks of owning them, i am not particularly impressed...

I use a Vivoactive HR and can see the zone data. On the activity screen there are 4 icons. The one on the right looks like graph. I select that and scroll down to see HR zones.
