Cannot send training to Fenix 3

I cannot send trainings created in Garmin connect to Fenix 3. Sync status is ok in GC app (green bar), watch says "updating" but the sent training is not displayed in the list under "training". Garmin hotline was not supportive at all and said it might be an error in GC platform and asked for patience. I was patient for more than two weeks but no change... I would be more than grateful for any hint or fix!

    I take it you mean workouts.

    On which device (computer? tablet? phone?) are you creating these workouts in Garmin Connect online inside a browser? Is it the same device as the one that is connected to your fenix·3 for syncing?

    How (as in what are you clicking or tapping) are you sending the workouts to your fenix·3?

    I just created a new workout (with your display name as a label) in Garmin Connect online on my Android phone, saved it, clicked on the icon against it in the list of workouts, and then synced my FR235 in the Garmin Connect Mobile app on the phone. It appears under Menu··Training··My·Workouts on the watch immediately after syncing. I also created another new workout in Garmin Connect online on my Mac, saved it, clicked on ‘Send to Device’ on the same page, let Garmin Express try (and fail) to connect to my FR235, and then synced my FR235 with Garmin Connect Mobile on my phone. Again, the new workout appears just fine after syncing.

    So, some detail (and maybe screenshots) for how you're going about doing it may help.
  • Thanks for your reply. I tried all ways, but no workouts show up on my Fenix 3, despite all synchronizations are reported as successful...
