New Edge 1000 - no reports anymore

I changed my Edge 1000 to another device, same type, other serial number. Since that I can still see uploaded rides in the activity summary but not anymore in reports for the time period with the new device. Also Strava sync does not work anymore for the period with the new device. Also tried to use another account - same troubles. Thank you for any help!
