Reports issue

My Total Distance report does not appear to show a hike I did today... Is there an issue with Reports in general or the Total Distance report or am I doing something wrong?

  • There's usually a delay of between 30-90 seconds for anything sync'd to show up in reports for me. It's been known to be a lot longer if the server is experiencing a high load.

    How long between when you uploaded and checked the reports?
  • I found the activity time and heart rate reports didn't update yesterday but was caught up this morning.

  • Reports issue

    I am having the same issue. I did three activities yesterday and only one shows in the reports. All show under activities but only the first one shows up in the reports. I did a run this morning and it shows in the activities but not in the reports - has been over a half hour so will wait to see if it shows up.

    Additionally, on the iPhone app yesterday showed one activity on the My Day screen - if it clicked the activity box all three for the day showed. Today the app does not show any activities on the My Day screen but if I click the activities box the run shows. I think Garmin must have broken something in the last update or changed how the data is fed into the reports, etc. I was in Boston traveling last week when my watch showed an update so not sure if something in that update or just another Garmin Connect abnormality.

    I'm having the same problem since yesterday. Activities will sync/upload but most reports won't update (Total Distance, Average & Max HR, Average Pace). Added another activity today with the same results. Tried deleting all older activities from my watch, but that didn't help. Have re-synced a number of times to no avail. Please fix this issue.
