Better Social Component

I couldn't really find an appropriate place to post this, which sort of highlights my thoughts here anyway. I also couldn't find a clear way to submit feedback to Garmin. I found a Suggestion form but even the dropdown menu of topics to choose from has nothing to do with my wishlist item.

I would like to see a better social component. The Garmin Forums are all device specific or software related. It would be nice to have a social component for basic health and fitness talk, a section for various activities etc. Not just sections solely for specific devices. I like Garmin products much more than FitBit, but the one thing FitBit has going for them is their great integration of social components.

Additionally, there should be a clear and easy way to navigate to said forums. Right now I'm opening a new tab and manually typing the forum URL to get to the forums from Connect. It should be more seamless. Additionally, there's such a stark difference between the Garmin Connect site and the forums it feels like you're going off onto another site completely. FitBit has theirs so it feels like you never leave the home site.

Even the Connections and Group module’s built in interactive features (if you can call it that) doesn't really move you to want to bother.

IN my two stints with Garmin my personal experience has been that their hardware is fantastic. Now I'd like to see them focus on improving the web experience.
