LiveTrack - Cannot send invites at this time (email)

This worked fine with my old HTC One M8 last summer. Upgraded phone over winter, now...

When trying to start LiveTrack, get the message saying "Cannot send invites at this time. Try again later." Only sending email invites; not FB or Twitter. Clicking "Try again" repeats the same error. Click cancel results in returning to the LiveTrack menu, but the LiveTrack icon appears in the status bar. If you click on the LiveTrack icon in the status bar, the app crashes completely. I've sent the logs in.

Things I've tried:
Rebooting phone.
Reinstalling App.
Re-pairing the devices.
Manually entering email address(es) instead of picking from contact list.

Suggestions?

Is it related to your data connection? Livetrack won't start unless it has a data connection. I believe this is a serious 'flaw' in the program as there are times when you will want to start an event in a remote area and then connect during the race when there is network available.

Do you have a firewall on your phone blocking Livetrack?
