Only PR for running that shows is distance

Hello all. I recently acquired a Fenix 2 and have taken my runs outdoors. For some reason the only person record showing on connect is the distance PR. I have selected to show when I achieve others but none of them show and if I go to try to manually add one when I click on activities it says that there are no results from my search. I have runs that should be giving me PRs for 1km, 1mi, 5km, and distance, but as I mentioned only distance shows. I have no trouble with cycling PRs all showing but those are logged using an Edge 510 so I'm not sure if it is something with Garmin Connect or the Fenix 2. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
