How to add tiles on dashboard?

I somehow removed the activity map off the dashboard and can't find a way to add it back on there.

From Garmin Connect, click on the four horizontal bar icon on the top left hand corner and select activities...

I know I can do that, but it was on the "landing page" before I removed it. Google doesn't have a solution as far as I can see.

Go to the "landing page" and

click on the four horizontal bar icon on the top left hand corner and select activities...

Don't just select Activities, but actually explore what you can do beyond the > symbol against that menu item.
