i am looking to setup a run/walk/ run workout to repeat until a certain total mileage is reached. The repeats only allow to set the number of times a set is repeated but not , say, repeat until you have run a 10K etc.
Say I wanted to run for 3 minutes, then walk for 2 minutes and keep repeating that until I have run a total of 10K, how will I set that up?
