Challenge Groups don't update until mid-week

While I have found the Garmin device to be much superior, hardware-wise, to Fitbits (I've had this Vivofit for a year and a half now and it still works, a record!), I am constantly unimpressed with Garmin Connect. The most recent development is that the Challenge Groups, which are practically the only useful social media aspect of Connect, no longer update on Mondays and have been typically restarting midweek on Wednesdays. As of now, it is Thursday night and I still do not have a new group for the week. It would be nice to know what our goals are supposed to be and how we are doing in relation to them, at the very least.
Agree, it is beyond imagination why the challenges can't be updated by Monday night (cut off is Monday noon, with data through Sunday) Tuesday morning at the latest. Defeats the purpose. It appears they must be manually evaluating us to decide whether to move us to another challenge. I would love to hear an explanation on why it takes so long. Perhaps one has been posted along the way.
We apologize that that Step Challenges are stuck evaluating. Our website team is aware of the issue and working on a resolution. The are also working to implement permanent fixes for this issue so that the Challenges process and update in a timely manner (typically Monday afternoon in most time zones). This is a high priority issue with the website team and they are working to correct this issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.
To the moderator: thank you for the response. I find it strange that, if you aware of the issue and working on it, there is no message to that effect on the Dashboard page. Is there?
