How do I delete apps or widgets from FENIX 3?

How do I delete apps or widgets from FENIX 3?

Can you uninstall them from your Fenix 3 in either the Garmin Connect Mobile app when your watch is connected to your phone/tablet via Bluetooth, or in Garmin Connect online when your watch is connected by USB cable to your computer?

I don't have a Fenix 3 to test it on, but can't you do something like this (screenshot) in Garmin Connect Mobile app (version 3.5.0.16) for Android, when the watch is connected?
