.FIT file produces a corrupt gpx, tcx, cvs files

On a long ride and for some reason my Garmin 1000 started with GPS off, I turned it on at mile 33 and finished the ride. .FIT file on Garmin Connect looks good but all other files are corrupt. Can anyone help with a fix?
