Forerunner 410 custom workout

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I gave created a custom workout in Garmin Connect. However, why I tried to download it to my Forerunner 410 it says that my device is not compatible.
Has Garmin removed the custom workout from 410s? If not, then how can I resolve this problem?
