Cant connect anymore. The strangest thing happened. I have been using my vivoactive for about a year with relatively no issue. Last week I got one of those "update now" notifications on my watch. I downloaded it and now for whatever reason I can no longer connect my smartphone and watch. I have tried all the obvious.....making sure bluetooth is on on both phone and watch, trying to pair again etc...reboot phone and so son. Stumped. Any suggestions?

    VA stopped connecting

    @ twoputbirdie, did you get any resolution to your problem - I'm in the same boat following a software update on my lollipop android phone following a software update. VA connects to wife's phone via GC without a hitch, so deffo new software conflict/issue.

    I had a similar issue when I did an update on the watch - I did the same things you did to problem solve restarted and everything.

    To fix I turned off the bluetooth on the watch then back on - and it was stuck on searching (or whatever the phrase was) I then closed the app (swipe up multitask view) then reopened the app while it was searching and it works now.
