For years I would print the information displayed from my Garmin. I hate the new display. Is there any way I can go back to the old information layout?

Doesn't look like it's possible to use GC classic anymore if that's what you're looking for.
I've seen someone suggest contacting Garmin directly suggesting they bring it back - apparently they don't read this forum section - but still, I wouldn't hold your breath.

No. If you read through the other threads you'll see that Garmin have given folks a couple of years to migrate from Classic to Modern, and had always said that at some point Classic would be removed. All that you can do now is make suggestions as to how to improve Modern, and that is best done here
