How do I change to from KPH to MPH and set that as default? Would like to see miles instead of KM for Distance and use Speed in MPH instead of Pace in KM... etc...

In Garmin Connect online, click on the head-and-shoulders icon in the navigational panel on the left, then Settings, then select Statue in the drop-down menu for Measurement Units. This setting will change how distance, speed and pace is displayed in Garmin Connect online and Garmin Connect Mobile apps. It may not sync to and overwrite the relevant settings on your Garmin device (and, for a fact, does not overwrite them on the Forerunner 235 when synced with a Garmin Connect Mobile app), so consult the owner's manual if you want to know how to change the setting on your watch, etc.
