I'm having a problem with syncing my Approach with Garmin Connect Mobile app. I have unpaired and paired it again and again but it will not sync. It keeps saying SYNC failed a connection error.
I called Garmin and talked to them and he didn't know, I also sent an email to the support to see what they say. If I don't hear from them by next week , I'll call them again. I don't know if the this a Approach problem or an app problem. I have a Fenix 3 and that syncs fine.
If anyone has or had the same problem please let me know how you solved it
