Live Track not showing my edge 1000, not tracking my rides.

I suggest connecting an email to your phone that is specifically for garmin only (mygarmin(at)gmail(dot)com). I bought two titanium fenix solars for 2020 eoy holidays and nothing is working in live tracking unless you have email on your phone enabled. I don’t so nothing we do works. Just like this feed a text message is sent, you click on it which opens a safari web-browser on the Apple 11 cell phone and the data is null. We have an 83 yr old mother to care for and Google seems to be the only company that can do location sharing effectively on maps. SAD SAD SAD!!!! Not surprising though. Sports devices are dumb, meaning they do not review customer needs either as pre or post purchase of devices. They just specialize in selling fitness devices, like cell phones specialize in communications and google everything else. Sorta like Lexis Nexis v Westlaw. He who has all the data at the top level is the winner. Westlaw wins having rights over all Supreme court publications. Where as Lexis lost having all state and federal trial and appellate publications.
