How to configure default 'Digital' watch face on Garmin 235?

I think the red bar is the activity bar that you should be able to have on the watch face if you activate activity tracking...

I have no red bar to the left of my time on my new garmin 235. There is no color at all.

But is there a move bar (in black-and-white or otherwise) at all?



Remember, you won't see a move bar if you haven't been still for a while, even if you have enabled the move alert in the watch's settings.

I want to know how to configure the watch settings without using a downloaded watch, since downloaded watches do not show the seconds.

The colour of the hour number and the battery power level (i.e. the accent colour) is due to ">·Profile·Color">Menu»Settings»System»Clock»Use·Profile·Color. You can also switch the background from black to white or vice versa, and switch from 24-hour time format to 12-hour time format or vice versa. That's about it for the factory default Digital watch face.
