How do you create a weight lifting workout that counts the calories

    I enter my gym training as 'Manual Actiivity' in Calendar. You will have to select among activity types. I use 'Fitness equipment'. It will display categories based on duration time that you set and type of activity each of which obviously has a predetermined 'calories output per time'. I don't know how these calories would relate to a similar workout if you have your Garmin running with pulse meter on and calories will be calculated by pulse data.
