Cannot configure custom heart rate zones

I have FR225. I tried to configure custom HR zones in BPM on all devices: watch, android app, and web. It only works on the watch by showing zone correctly based on my custom bpm.

I tried on android app, it keeps saying "An error has occurred." when enter "Configure heart rate zones". After turn on custom zone and go back to User Settings, it shows "UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION".
On the web doesn't work either.

I want to use my own customzied bpm for each zone. What I do wrong ?
