Can't Share Daily Activity Summary

My privacy settings are set to share all information with everyone:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/privacy

When I'm viewing my Daily Summary, I even get confirmation that the information is unlocked (public):
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/KyleMit/2016-04-13/timeline

But when I give someone else the link, or click Share, they are unable to view the information:

I can view your Daily Summary (screenshot), but I don't know you from Adam, and I'm pretty sure I'm not one of your Connections or vice versa.

It looks like you don't have
access privileges to view this
daily summary.

You can try to sign in.

I only get that error message when I'm not signed in to Garmin Connect online in my browser. (I just tried it in two different browsers on my iPad, and I'm only signed in to GC in one of them.)
