Probably a question for the 630 forum or if it's a CIQ watchface, the support thread for that, but as a guess, it probably doesn't have a "last known" GPS location for running an outdoor activity. (when sunrise/sunset is calculated, lat/lon is an important part) Go outside, and start a run, and discard it when you get a GPS fix, and then see what happens with the watchface.
Ah now that does make sense.
There was me thinking the information was transferred from the phone app and not the watch itself.
