Traffic receiver firmware missing

Hi, I didn't know which forum to put this in.

I've just bought a Garmin 2569LMT-D and I keep receiving the following message on screen:

"Valid traffic receiver firmware is missing. Go to www.garmin.com/webupdater."

I've done this, but this tells me it's up to date. Am I missing something? What do I need to do to get rid of this message? I tried re-installing the software but this didn't help.
