This way I want to make sure that I cycle the muscle groups correctly even if I have a break for some days. The problem is that upon syncing the Workouts all show up as Strength training in Garmin Connect (App and website) which leaves me with no clue about what I actually did. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong.
