Fenix 3 hr does not get update from garmin connect/express

Hi, using win 10 and GE 4.1.18.0
I can see that there is an sw update for the fenix 3 hr...but
GE gives error uppdating.
Sycs for ages and again error + some apps waiting to be installed.
Around it goes.

What can I do?

...aand I updated the GE to new version...again, no luck.
"Failure to connect" yet Garmin connect satus mentions no error and neither GCM.

Can I update throu garmin moble (Wifi does not work either)
