910XT is not uploading my run and ride

I just rode in the Rockies for the first time, and did a short run in Denver. both activities were recorded with my 910XT, and it performed normally both times.

I am trying to upload the activities using my Garmin Express, and they are not uploading. The app says I'm "Up to Date!", but the activities are not showing up on Garmin Connect or Strava.

I MUST rescue these activities. I won't be back to ride the Rockies for several years. I really want record of this ride and run.

Update

I just recorded a 200 foot walk in my backyard. It uploaded and posted to Strava automatically.

My ride and my run fron Denver still will not show up. I am POSITIVE that they were both recorded by my 910XT properly.

Same issue here. I think the file bad and you will probably lose it. Most of the time, this isn't a big deal. In your case, though, it is.
