Need comparison workouts.

I am looking for someone to share workouts with for caparison. I have PAD and believe that my HR at any given pace is 5%-10% higher than someone of like physical ability.

So I'm looking for someone 50-55 who's been running a while, average to slim build. Maybe a 25-27 5k PR, mine is 29:39.

    HRs are meaningless for comparison purposes. They are entirely individual. While standard formulas will yield the same MHR and HR zones for all of the same age, these are averages only and can be way off for any particular person. HRs are only useful to compare yourself to yourself. To have useful zones, you have to determine your true MHR, not what a "formula" says. So comparing your HR to someone else, even someone of similar age and ability, won't tell you anything.
