Just got my Garmin Fenix 2 from mail yesterday, but cannot connect to Connect with Express, so I cannot pretty much do a thing what I should first do with new watch. Not very great start for my Garmin "career". I understand from the comments from this forum and couple of other forums that these problems seem to be pretty common.
Yours is a different issue. Please raise this in the appropriate Express forum depending whether you use a Mac or PC. Contrary to what you may have read it's not typical and most problems are due to issues with the users computer or setup.
