Forerunner 225 problems

I have a 225 FR, a few days.
It seemed that everything was fine until I Tried several times to transfer workouts from Garmin Connect created on the clock.
1. To transfer training singular receiving information that "No compatible devices found." Although he sees device to synchronize!
2. To transfer calendar, everything seems Ân rule, make the transfer of the Garmin Garmin Connect Express but nothing appears on the clock!
Can someone help me?

Can't upload workouts

I'm having the same issue! I've been able to upload customized workouts from garminconnect in the past, however as of today the updated workouts no longer show up on my watch. I reset the watch twice to no avail. I also tried syncing the watch through the phone but the workouts still don't show up neither under workouts nor under the training calendar.
