The Mystery of the Vanishing Workouts...

Hey y'all - I'm new to Garmin products, having previously used the Nike app and watches.

I'm using the new Forerunner 235. I work out 5x/week and charge/sync my watch once a week. Several of my workouts are missing - it only shows the most recent workout in the history. For instance, yesterday I plugged in/synced and it only had my April 8 workout. I tracked a workout (confirmed it 'saved' on the watch) on April 2, 3, 4 and 7 as well...but they are nowhere to be found in the activity history on the watch itself or the Garmin Connect dashboard.

Where did my workouts go?

Is the watch only able to store one workout until it's next synced with the app? If that's the case/been your experience, I will know to sync after every workout going forward. But it just seems like an odd glitch - I am going to be travelling in an off the grid area next month and worried I will lose any workouts in the meantime...
