Insights not working for me

My friends Garmin connect (he has the Vivofit 2 like me) somehow had Insights apprear on his dashboard. We do not know how it got on the dashboard. So I liked it and wanted to have it on my dashboard also but Insights is not working for me at all not on a separate page and it will not add to my dashboard. Any ideas as to why? Will it be fixed anytime soon if it is a programming issue?[/SIZE][/SIZE]
  • I was about to start my own thread on this. I signed up for Garmin Connect in late March and subscribed to Insights. At the time I got an introductory welcome as my first insight. Since then I've recorded sleep, steps, 24/7 HR data, and exercise every day using my Fenix 3 HR. I've also connected to myfitnesspal for all calorie intake information.

    Since the first message, I haven't gotten anything. My understanding is Insights is pretty low hanging fruit, but I'd still like to see what it looks like.

    How often do Insights typically come through for those who are subscribed?

    Sorry I didn't answer your question. I'm hoping if this thread grows maybe more help will come!

    Same. No insights since 1st two.
  • I generally only get insights when I'm having an exceptional day (exceptionally good or bad, outside of my usual patterns). By the time it arrives I'm already well aware of this fact, it couldn't be clearer to me personally. If you're regular and consistent about your days, you probably won't get much at all. They're a bit of a waste of time at the moment, really.
