Time in Zones Graph

I've recently updated my heart rate zones based on realistic maximum and resting heart rates. I did this on the Garmin Connect App on my phone, and I've checked that it has updated on line, and that it has synced with my watch.

Once my run is recorded the stats seem to show what I would expect; eg. for my last run, my average heat rate zone was 3.8 and my maximum 5.5. But when I look at the graphs to show "time in zones" it shows the charts relating to the old heart rates (for my last run it is saying I spent 71% of my run in HR zone 5, but it was more like 10%). The graphic on the watch also shows me in a higher zone than I actually am.

Does anybody know if I have forgotten to update a setting somewhere?

    Time in Zones Graph

Sorry to bust into your discussion, but I can't seem to get the time in heart rate zones to display at all. I ran on the treadmill, and I see the Average HR and Max HR, but I don't have options to look at heart rate zone information. Does anyone know if that prevents a breakdown by zones for some reason?

Which device model are you using? Only some device models support the feature.

What, running on a treadmill and/or choosing the Run Indoor profile? No.

I have the exact same problem as this.
Did you ever find a solution?

My watch looks to be set up correctly based on %HRR.
When I run the watch says I'm in Z3 - which is correct.
When I sync my run it the Connect app and website says I'm in Z4 or Z5.
