I'm using the supplied training calendar for 1/2 marathon, beginner, by heart rate, and syncing to a forerunner 620. I've edited my heart rate zones on the 620, but am not sure what actual rates the calendar pushes through to the watch.
For example - my Z2 target on the watch is 128-140, but the calendar shows 111-129 for Z2.
Which one is running the alerts? The watch or the calendar?
Can the calendar be edited all at once, or do you have to do each event?
