Activities not sync and waiting in PendingSyncUploads folder

Hello,

One more time the synchronisation failed on my computer. This morning it was due to Garmin server down.
It will not be a problem if "Garmin Express" re-send the activity on the next sync but it's not the case.

I saw that all failed sync activities are still present on my computer in the following folder:

\Library\Application Support\Garmin\Express\RegisteredDevices\3855589706\PendingSyncUploads\

How I can force the upload ?
Usually I manually add the activities but I want to keep the track this time.

Same issue

My garmin only synced one of my workouts yesterday as well. I don't know how to add the missing activity.
