Unfortunately the app has resized screens - at least on my iPhone 4s - and I can't get my VS HR paired because I can't access the 'next' button. I've reinstalled the app, done both soft and hard reboot of phone without success, and so I have no way of updating my stats. Whose bright idea was it to make the VSHR phone-only update? I much preferred having the dongle option of the vivofit as a backup to bluetooth.
There was some unscheduled Garmin Connect maintenance yesterday. The maintenance is complete and all data should be syncing. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you connect your VSHR to your computer using the charging cable, the device will go into mass storage mode and you should be able to sync your device through Garmin Express. You could do this if you prefer to sync your device with the computer, until the app is updated to resolve the issue on smaller iPhone screen causing the next button to not appear properly.
