Wow I have not see this much complaining even when I was in the military. Even in the Marines we had stuff that's worth millions of dollars that fonts work perfectly all the time but this community takes it to a whole new level. Listen these things happen, the hardware itself works, it just can sync now. All you need to do is go about you day doing your activities and it'll be save on your watch, then when the app comes back up it'll sync then. Is it really that big of a deal? Most of you guys act like its the end or the world, if you don't like Garmin then just return all your stuff and go back to Fitbit or whatever you were using before. And even then I bet you you will still have issues sometimes. I just can't believe the sense of entitlement that most of you have.
  • I work in IT and stuff breaks , but what defines professionalism and quality is communication and in that space Garmin treat their customer base like dirt.

If you are straight and communicate with your customers they will generally understand , but ignoring them and giving no information or apology is treating paying customers with contempt
  • When I woke up yesterday sync was already failing. I think the last bit of successful data went through about midday yesterday. 7am Monday now and it's still all kaput.

I understand things break, but no communication at all and social media accounts not even acknowledging it?
  • Hello, I seem to be able to sync and the page is no longer displaying the error message we've had all day, maybe we have light at the end of the tunnel?

The funny thing is that during a 10 mile run yesterday, my Forerunner 235 tracked the run perfectly, but only registered several hundred steps. I thought it was a device issue and was going to exchange it for a new device if it happened on tomorrow's run, but it sounds like it may even be a issue on their end? Inexcusable no communication has been made about this.

It`s starting to freak me out

Connect is up, but I can`t sync anything with it. Worst, the ant+ agent has been on/off all day , I have done a reboot to the computer, still nothing, downloading data ... for the past 10 hours... Can`t even store the data locally, tried through Bootcamp but the dodgy Ant+ agent is screwing everything up.
