Forerunner 15 heart rate data won't show in Garmin Connect

I have a Forerunner 15 & Garmin HRM 3.0 SS. When I sync device, Garmin Connect won't show heart rate data and says::

"None of your current devices support this feature. Add a new device using Garmin Express."

The heart rate shows on the watch, but why wont the data transfer?
