GarminConnect, Virgin Pulse, and Fenix 3 HR

Are there any other users of Virgin Pulse from their employer for health insurance money?

I linked my Garmin Connect account to Virgin Pulse. Despite the description on that page of supported devices, the steps from the [regular] Fenix 3 then synced through Garmin Connect to Virgin Pulse. So, I figured it must work for all Garmin devices.

However, last week I added the Fenix 3 HR as my activity tracker in Garmin Connect. Now, Virgin Pulse is no longer receiving steps. So, maybe it's not all Garmin devices.

I'm trying to switch the activity tracker back to the [regular] Fenix 3 to see if the GC/Virgin connectivity returns; it might need a fresh day as the activity tracker, so I guess I'll know tomorrow if GC is sending step data to Virgin.

    it worked until few days ago, I contacted Virgin Pulse they said they are working on it, who knows?
    it is a shame, Garmin Vivoactive and connect are great, sync and all, great app and detailed information, but it is a shame they are not sharing w/ Virgin Pulse.

  • Same problem here. It stopped working last week for me (Fenix 3) and for at least one of my co-workers (VivoActive). I've opened a support call with Virgin Pulse and was told that my device was not supported. That's a shame considering that it was working perfectly for the last 4 months...

    Connect to virgin pulse

    Hey guys, I'm unable to connect my garmin to my virgin pulse account. My virgin pulse app shows my garmin app and that it's connected, but I can't find any connection to virgin pulse in my garmin connect app. Has anyone experienced this and do you know how to connect these 2 apps?
