Edit gear per activity

Need to go back and edit the running shoes I used on some runs.
I go to the GEAR area of an activity and not sure how to reset to reflect the
shoes I ran in that day

    Just click on whatever is displayed in blue (i.e. a hyperlink) immediately to the right of ‘Gear:’ – whether it says ‘Add’, or is a number in white within a blue circle – for an activity in Garmin Connect, which then bring up the list of gear, including shoes, that you have previously created. Clicking on any of the items in that list serves as a toggle, i.e. click to select if not already selected, and click to de-select if previously selected. When you're done, click on the × in the top right corner of the Edit List pop-up.

    For other people who find this.

    Go into the activity then click the three vertical dots in the top right of the app. From that menu, select Add or Remove Gear. Then tick or untick the relevant gear. Bob’s your father’s wife’s brother
