Recording track and time on GPSMap 78sc?

Hi guys,

So I have a GPSMap 78sc and I would like for it to track my location. How would I go about doing this? Basically, I want it to start tracking and have it record where I'm going the whole time. I would also like for it to record the time as I'm going along the track. For example, I could look at one point on the track and see that I was there at 3:26:24 AM. How would I do this?
