Garmin Express update hanging for 2 days

Hi hope someone can help.

I have an Edge 800. When I synched on Sunday Garmin Express informed me that IU had a software update - I selected to update. 2 days later I still have the "installing 1 item" message.

I have tried refreshing my Edge device but it still hangs

Any ideas?
