Error installing express

So I was getting a install error on my PC while trying to install garmin express
So I upgraded to windows 10 and I get the same install error
it says
trayapplicationinstaller.msi not found

Any help would be great

See sticky. Please post in the Express forum. However note msi errors indicate a problem with your PC. Microsoft help for msi errors is here
