Links on new Garmin Connect page do not work. Cannot edit or view recorded data fully

I have a Garmin Forerunner 610 and was happily using the old version of Garmin Connect until it finally disappeared recently. The problem with the new version is that the links look like they link to another page so you can edit details or view HR data or pace data, but when you click on the link absolutely nothing happens. The site is useless. I can't even add a workout or edit old ones - I have to do it on my watch which takes much longer. I use a Mac, and I do have the most up to date software. I've wasted hours on this problem, and when I upgrade my watch in a few months will likely not buy Garmin again unless this issue can be resolved, which is a shame because I like their products. Does anyone else have this issue, and does anyone know how it can be fixed?
  • I've been using chrome on two different PC's for two years with GC-Modern.

    Be careful with things like popup blockers. Also clear your cache and look for any Garmin cookies and delete them if you have problems. The cookies might be old but still considered valid and are now bogus.

    Webpage issue

    L_LI,

    Your issue is with Mobile Connect. What i suggest is to check your account details. Is it possible you have more than one Connect account and that you are logged into the wrong one? If that's not the problem, I suggest you uninstall Mobile Connect and reinstall as something isn't working right.

    You need to provide more details. What kind of computer; which OS; which browser; do you have a popup blocker or program like Ghostery running that is known to interfere?


    I'm using on my computer windows 8.1 and using mozilla and chrome as my browser and for my smartphone I am also using chrome. Don't know any pop up blocker or Ghostery in my PC or smartphone. I also tried my friend's smartphone and also encountered the same issue. He also has an account in garminconnect which he does not have any issue when signing in.

  • Problems like this are difficult to diagnose through forums. If you're convinced nothing on your system is blocking the download you really need to call Product Support so they can troubleshoot your problem in detail.

    The new webpage does not work for me ... i need help ...



    i tried everything....including using different computers in case it was a set up problem but still nothing works .

    i can link through my mobile phone at the moment so it is not totally useless .

    but i do hope that support will have some idea .


    tried every suggestion so far on both computers .

    must say until resolved i would not recommend to anyone else this system
