Links on new Garmin Connect page do not work. Cannot edit or view recorded data fully

I have a Garmin Forerunner 610 and was happily using the old version of Garmin Connect until it finally disappeared recently. The problem with the new version is that the links look like they link to another page so you can edit details or view HR data or pace data, but when you click on the link absolutely nothing happens. The site is useless. I can't even add a workout or edit old ones - I have to do it on my watch which takes much longer. I use a Mac, and I do have the most up to date software. I've wasted hours on this problem, and when I upgrade my watch in a few months will likely not buy Garmin again unless this issue can be resolved, which is a shame because I like their products. Does anyone else have this issue, and does anyone know how it can be fixed?
  • Not sure I understand your problem, are you able to describe what you see in more detail or preferably post a screen shot?

    It's possible from your limited description that something is blocking the downloads ... ghostery in particular is known to cause issues.

    I've used Modern since its inception and generally it works fine.

  • That screenshot is typical of something blocking the download. Try a different browser, switch off any blocking software and try again. If still no luck contact Support by phone so they can troubleshoot your issue as it will be a problem somewhere in your system.
  • The most strangest thing is that I use 3G network to login thru my iPhone but still appear nothing. I don't think it's the browser's problem. Instead, it is the post-modern-only Connect problem. There is no such problem when two version are working in any browsers.

    Your issue is with Mobile Connect. What i suggest is to check your account details. Is it possible you have more than one Connect account and that you are logged into the wrong one? If that's not the problem, I suggest you uninstall Mobile Connect and reinstall as something isn't working right.

    You need to provide more details. What kind of computer; which OS; which browser; do you have a popup blocker or program like Ghostery running that is known to interfere?

    Same Issue

    I've had the same issue with the never version of Connect since it came out, so I always used the old one. The new one would occasionally work, maybe once every ten times. I use Chrome, fully up to date, and with ad-block turned off. I cleared the cache, no help. After reading this thread, I tried it in Explorer, and it worked. Why is your page not compatible with Chrome???
  • Connect will work with Chrome. You need to check your Chrome settings etc. Here's a screenshot of Connect on Chrome on my PC

    Works fine for me on Chrome as well. Also on Firefox.
