No dashboard in Garmin Connect

Two issues found in my mac and PC notebook after abandon "classic" mode:-

1. Mac: Neither Safari nor Firefox can show the dashboard whether stay in the page for loading a long time
2: PC: Dashboard showed but nothing happen when click any activity.

Did anyone encounter this problem and any solution for it? Thank you very much!
  • If the pages aren't loading correctly try a different browser. Also check that a pop up/ad blocker program or any other setting isn't blocking the download ... ghostery has been found to block it for example.

I tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome but none can be showed. All cookies and saved data/history has been erased and no Ad Blocker installed but nil help. When I click "connect" at top left corner, or four options in left hand side, the link just show "connect.garmin.com/.../.

You may try removing the # sign from the end of the web address and then pressing enter to see if the page loads.

Email sent and hope garmin knows what I talk about.

I found that my iPhone also get this kind of problem. I really don't know what I can do now except using apps. But the iPhone apps cannot show multi-sport activity summary now. I finished duathlon last Sunday and using 920xt to record the activity. iPhone show the activity name in iPhone apps but cannot get the details after select the activity even if I pull down to refresh many times. Then I used android version and the activity showed with transition time spent! What the hell! Did Garmin ignore apple user???

Already tried delete "#" but nil help. But guess what? Does anyone miss the screenshot? I type "connect.garmin.com/logout" (I cannot logout as the left four main categories icons have not any response but appear "#" after click) then open this page.
