My marathon ❤ LEVEL III training plan's second day schedule looks like this:
15/03/2016 W01D2a-EasyRun
• Run in Z2, easy, 30 minutes.
• Cool down, 5-10 minutes.
• Stretch.
15/03/2016 W01D2b-Intervals
• Warm up, 10 minutes.
• Run in Z4, threshold pace, 5 minutes. Run in Z2, recovery, 60 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
• Cool down, 5-10 minutes.
• Stretch.
The question is: should I perform both exercises (a AND b) or just one of them that I choose (a OR b)? Thanks!
