Error syncing message

For the past week or so, every time I sync my Forerunner I get a pop-up message saying that there was an error syncing. As far as I can tell, the syncing actually is working fine, but the message is annoying and makes me nervous. Are others having this problem? Any suggestions for how to get rid of it?
