My garmin forerunner 620 no longer seems to record vertical oscillation or ground contact time, I think this has been since old battery ran out after not being used over winter. Cadence works.
I have tried battery both ways in case was wrong.
I have done a reset on forerunner watch
I have removed and re paired HRM
I made sure running metrics are enabled
connect.garmin.com states there is a software update for 620 v6.6 and I am using 3.3 (according to garmin express).
any other ideas of what to do to fix this.
