change snapshot?

I'm trying to change my snapshot
my fiance's shows running, swimming etc, however mine does not.

even when i press the 4 square icon in the top corner, they are not options!

help?

I'm guessing that she set the app up for fitness and you chose health. If you want those options, you'll have to reinstall and choose fitness.

Tried. Doesn't give me the option :(

Is this on Android or iOS? You should delete the cache for Connect, uninstall Connect, and then reinstall. Also, although I don't know if this makes a difference, what do you have checked on the web for Head & Shoulders icon - Settings - Connect Profile?

Android
Cleared cache. Nothing.
Walking, running, swimming are selected
